Red Cross Society into the Campus

A CPR lecture was held by Zhang, a teacher from the Shanghai Red Cross Society, for 11th-grade students organized by Xiao Binxuan, a student of Southwest Weiyu Middle School. The lecture aimed to promote the knowledge of emergency aid and spread the humanitarian aid spirit of the Red Cross Society on campus. Zhang explained the psychological structure of the heart and lungs, operating essentials of CPR, and demonstrated standard actions and procedures of CPR. The lecture helped students quickly grasp the essential skills of CPR, promoting the operation skills of CPR. With limited doctors and uncertain factors, it is essential for everyone to take practical action and master emergency aid knowledge. Students passing on the emergency aid knowledge they have learned to their families and friends allows emergency aid knowledge to spread and become more widely known. The lecture on CPR knowledge was of great benefit to the students, as they learned to act instead of waiting helplessly in an emergency situation. The aim is to establish the correct concept of emergency aid, promote self-help and mutual aid, and improve emergency handling capabilities, creating a social atmosphere where everyone learns emergency aid skills.
