Highlights of Teaching - G12 Math:Geogbra in studying calculus

Calculus is a required course for students in their junior year in University, as an important branch of mathematics, calculus contains both algebra and geometric feature. Geobra is a powerful and comprehensive geometric software, it allows students to visualize calculus concepts in a more interactive way. To name a few, students can use the animation function to understand the change of the “slope of tangent line” along the curve, to understand the integral is a process of “accumulation” and the comparison of the result with Riemann Sum in different partition scheme etc. In the process of learning, students appreciate the aid of modern technology in improving learning efficiency.
