Celebrating Youth, Honoring Dreams | SWWY ID 2024 Semester 1 Awards Ceremony

On the vibrant afternoon of March 18, the SWWY ID held its 2024 Spring Semester Awards Ceremony. Principal Mr. CHEN Yong, Division Director Ms. HUANG Xujuan, Deputy Director Ms. HU Shuangyue, and faculty members were joined by special guests—Cognia accreditation officers Dr. Weiner and Dr. Straker.

The ceremony celebrated outstanding students in academics, competitions, student leadership, residential life, and extracurricular activities. Student representative ZHAO Renjie (G11D) shared his competition experience, emphasizing preparation, strategy, and mental resilience.

Honorees reflected a symphony of excellence: proactive event participants, role-model students, and dependable student leaders each contributing to a harmonious school spirit. ZHANG Zihan (G12D) highlighted her growth through collaborative projects and her role in launching the Micro Film Festival, calling on peers to enrich the world around them.

In dorm life, Chen Die (G11A) offered practical tips and heartfelt reflections, promoting responsibility and communication.

Scholarship recipients shone brightly with confidence earned through perseverance. Principal Chen encouraged all students to grow with purpose, embrace critical thinking, and prepare to thrive in a changing world.
