Classic Campus Series: Kunqu Opera Lecture

With years of promoting traditional Peking and Kun operas, Qiu aims to deepen contemporary youths’ understanding of traditional culture and enhance cultural confidence. Emphasizing that tradition doesn’t preclude innovation and classical doesn’t imply obsolescence, Qiu highlights the 600-year-old Kunqu Opera’s revitalization through the confidence and novelty of the new era, presenting a completely new and captivating artistic style.
