Highlights of Teaching - Chinese Study:Cultural Journey
We created the "Cultural Journey" project to improve students' collaborative skills and to showcase their knowledge of a chosen cultural circle. Students formed small groups and received feedback from the teacher in different stages for timely revisions.
During the project, students delivered detailed and engaging talks on their selected topic, covering language, clothing, architecture, food, and customs. They actively interacted with their peers, answering questions and fostering a lively classroom atmosphere. Through the entire process, students acted as "little teachers" and gained a deeper understanding of regional cultures by working closely with their group members to create the poster and the ppt presentation.
